How to Get Your Instagram Data?

Follow these steps to download your followers.json and following.json files:

1. Log in to your Instagram account from a web browser.
2. Go to Settings and select Privacy and Security.
3. Under Data Download, click on Request Download.
4. Choose the JSON format and follow the instructions.
5. You'll receive an email with a link to download your data.
6. Unzip the file and find followers.json and following.json in the followers_and_following folder.
